Quote acceptance: accepted quotes / valid quotes issued. Utilisation: paid hire days / serviceable available days, by unit class. Contribution per hire: hire/delivery revenue less direct labour, fuel, service, cleaning, payment fees and other direct job costs; this is not accounting profit. Record lost demand by dates, size, geography and capability.
